Your Digital Operations Partner

Tasks should be replaced. People shouldn't.

SWOP is the digital operations partner that designs, builds and permanently maintains the systems your organization runs on — so your people are freed to do what only people can.

Section 01 — CapabilitiesSWOP Tasks Not People

Your platforms are siloed. Your team is the bridge.

That's the problem we solve. We design and build the operational infrastructure that connects the platforms you already run into a single intelligent system — so data flows where it needs to go, and the right people are informed at the right time.

Where the gaps are — and what we build
01

Your platforms don't talk to each other

Every tool your team uses lives in its own silo. When something happens in one system, someone has to manually carry it to the next. We design the connections — so when data moves, it moves automatically, in the right direction, to the right place.

Result — your stack works as one system
02

Leadership making decisions without real data

The information that matters is scattered across platforms your team checks separately. We build the unified dashboard that pulls from every tool you already use — so leadership sees exactly what is happening across the entire operation, in one place, in real time.

Result — complete operational visibility
03

People doing work that shouldn't require a person

Every time a team member switches tabs to copy information, sends a notification someone should have received automatically, or updates a record by hand — that is a system gap we can close. We map those gaps and eliminate them.

Result — your team focuses on what actually requires them

The starting point is always a conversation about how your operation actually runs — what tools you use, where the handoffs happen, and where things fall through. From there, we design the system. Most clients are surprised by how much of what their team does manually can be eliminated entirely.

Section 02 — Engagement ModelHow we partner

A partnership that proves itself, then scales.

We don't ask for blind faith. We start by building — then you grow into the structure that fits your operation.

Phase 01 — Proof of value
An upfront build that demonstrates the return.

We begin with a defined, upfront engagement: a set number of automations built, deployed and running inside your live operation. You see exactly how much time, cost and friction we remove — before any ongoing commitment. The work proves the case for itself.

Phase 02 — The Tier System
You integrate into a managed partnership.

Once the value is clear, you move into the tier system — an ongoing, fully managed relationship where SWOP owns, monitors and maintains every system we build, indefinitely. The structure is the same in every sector; only the scale of coverage changes.

The Tier System · One structure, every vertical
Tier I
Foundation
Maintains your proof-of-value build
  • Ongoing ownership and maintenance of the systems built during your upfront engagement
  • Leadership dashboard included
  • Updates and fixes whenever a platform changes

The entry point. We keep what we built for you running, permanently — once it's embedded, the next tier makes its own case.

Tier II
Growth
Expanded coverage
  • Additional systems built across more of your operation
  • Leadership dashboard included
  • Permanent maintenance and updates

For teams ready for wider coverage — more of the operation running on systems we own and maintain.

Tier III
Scale
Full operational coverage
  • Automation across the core of how your organization runs
  • Leadership dashboard included
  • Priority support and continuous optimization

Complete operational coverage. As the relationship deepens, Scale grows with the weight of your organization.

Pricing depends on your sector and the scope of the build — we'll walk you through it during your assessment.
Section 03 — The AssessmentNo commitment

Thirty minutes.
An honest, written plan.

A focused conversation — just you and us — mapping how you actually run. No pitch, no package. You keep the written report whether you build with us or not.

01

You tell us how your week actually looks

What's repetitive. What keeps slipping. Where time disappears.

02

We find where your time is lost

The patterns. The forgotten follow-ups. The hours that should be automatic.

03

We tell you what's actually worth building

And just as importantly — what isn't. Honest, in writing.

04

You get a clear, ranked plan

Your priority build order. Your cost estimate. Yours to keep, no commitment.

Section 04 — ConsiderationsNo surprises

Everything you need to know upfront.

No. SWOP builds around what you already use. We connect to your existing platforms via their official APIs — Salesforce, HubSpot, Planning Center, Clio, your EHR, Google Workspace, whatever you have. You don't purchase new software, migrate data, or change how your team works. We fit into your stack, not the other way around.
That's on us — permanently. Most automation vendors deliver a workflow and disappear. When a platform changes its API six months later, the workflow breaks and you're left troubleshooting it alone. SWOP retains full ownership of every system we build. Maintenance, updates, and fixes are included in your monthly retainer indefinitely. You'll never get a surprise invoice for a broken zap.
Most systems are live within 1–2 weeks of the scope being approved. We start with a free 30-minute audit to map your workflows, then come back with a written proposal. Once you approve, we build and test in a staging environment before anything touches your live data. You review and sign off before deployment.
No long-term contract on any plan. Cancel anytime. The no-contract structure is intentional — we earn the relationship every month. In practice, organizations rarely leave once their automations are live and embedded in real operations, but that should be because the systems are delivering value, not because they're locked in.
Freelancers build and move on. When the automation breaks in six months, you're on your own or back to square one. Software subscriptions give you a tool, not a system — someone on your team still has to configure, maintain, and monitor it. SWOP is managed infrastructure. We own the systems we build, permanently, as part of a flat monthly retainer. The closest analogy is a fractional operations team — except we never leave and we don't bill by the hour.
We route and coordinate your data — we don't own it, store it, or transmit it outside the platforms you've already authorized. All API credentials are stored in encrypted vaults, never hardcoded. Every integration uses minimum-permission access. For regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, legal — we use compliance-vetted tooling only, and NDAs and Data Processing Agreements are executed before any work begins.
It's a 30-minute conversation — just you and us. We ask about your current tools, where manual work is happening, what keeps slipping, and what decisions your leadership needs faster visibility into. After the call, we send you a written report: what we found, what's worth building, and in what order. You keep the report whether you work with us or not. No pitch, no pressure.
